TASKS
Plan Quality InspectionEvaluate the released drawing for characteristics to be checked
Defining inspection characteristics
Create test plans, test cards, dimension sheets and test instructions
Define important product and process characteristics and write, maintain and distribute production control plans
Select product-related test equipment and specify it together with the test equipment management, if necessary specify and procure special test equipment
Develop and maintain APQP documents (in hard copy and on internet platforms)
Definition of test specifications and process control features. Area-specific preparation of work and procedure instructions

Review the effectiveness of the measures and initiate and monitor quality assurance / improvement measures
Determination of testing, measuring and test facilities and the necessary procedures

Conducting business trips in connection with advanced quality planning or supplier audits
Shipping Instructions
Ensuring that products can be transported clean and undamaged
Packaging planning and coordination with customers and suppliers
Creation and maintenance of shipping instructions
Instruction of production staff regarding the packing instructions
Customer care
During customer visits (product, verification and process audits), prepare and take over the QM duties / tasks
Present the planning documents and develop action plans if necessary
