TASKS
Responsibility to control and correct information documents which are required as basis for the application of approvals
Download, handling and forwarding information documents which are required as a basis for the application of EC/ECE approvals
Direct communication in English language with MMC for any corrections or other items as daily business
Direct communication in English language to communicate with Euroepan distributors as daily business
Exchange of communication with technical services and authorities for items related to technical or regulation matters as well as invoice related items
Checking of invoices and submitting them for verification and signature
Administration of the WVTA Homologation Database
Upload of EC / ECE approvals, test reports and other official documents to the database
Conducting desktop research to collect information
General department support
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFIKATION
Education as mechanic, technician or equivalent level with affinity for office word
Affinity for regulation contents
Good skills of Office Software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe PDF
Good English skills in written and spoken to communicate with non-German-speaking business partners
Ability to work independently, as well as a team player
High cross-cultural competence to be able to work in global environment
